On Mother’s Day celebrate those special women in your life, celebrate Italian style. Sotto Sopra Restaurant will be offering our Northern Italian ala carte dinner menu along with specials, something for everyone's taste.

Also on this Mother's Day, we invite you to join us for dinner and show at Sotto Sopra Restaurant from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a vocal program by Peabody Conservatory’s students dedicated to mother figures. Tess Ottinger, Soprano, and Madilyn Crossland, Mezzo Soprano, will be joined by pianist Monica Daly to perform selections from multiple genres: opera, operetta, musical theatre, and contemporary music themed to invoke an appreciation for this special day.

Baltimore’s Peabody Conservatory – Johns Hopkins University’s school of music and dance is where young talent comes honing their craft. The internationally respected school has a roster of many notable graduates that dot the cultural landscape: Andre Watts - pianist, James Morris - vocalist, Angelin Chang – pianist, Michael Hedges – guitarist, Richard Cassilly – vocalist, Joe Byrd –bassist and many others.

We are excited to continue our Peabody Nights where our performers are students of the Peabody Institute at the Johns Hopkins University who study with world-renowned teachers, coaches, and directors. Sotto Sopra is pleased to be a conduit for showcasing the vocal talents of Peabody’s graduate students.
